Alena Odegova is a licensed Regulated Senior Immigration Consultant and the President of Blue Pacific Immigration Inc. She practices in all areas of Canadian immigration law and is a member in good standing of the ICCRC (Licence number – R532071). Additionally, she is a proud member of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants).
Alena Odegova immigrated to Canada in 2012 and personally went through the whole immigration journey. She understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainties, and decisions that newcomers face. Since 2013, Alena has been working in the Canadian immigration field and has already helped more than 15,000 immigrants successfully relocate to Canada. As someone who has walked this path herself, she deeply values making the right steps early on to ensure the best long-term outcomes. Known for her individual approach to each case and ability to think outside the box, Alena consistently delivers smart, strategic, and lawful solutions tailored to every client’s unique situation.
She also has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, which strengthens her expertise in work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP). Her HR background allows her to navigate employer–employee dynamics and compliance requirements with clarity and precision.

- Education in Immigration Law from UBC (University of British Columbia)
Moreover, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, further deepening her knowledge and leadership in the business and immigration sectors.
